Hank

Hank, formerly known as Dias, had been running along the main road of Paros for hours. Fortunately, he was caught just in time, before any harm came his way. From the moment we met him, Hank captured everyone’s heart. With his floppy ears and big puppy eyes, we knew he was destined to make someone very happy—and he did! This is the story of Hank finding his forever pawrents:

“When we first visited PAWS, we had no intention of adopting a dog. We love dogs, and the number and variety of dogs at PAWS is overwhelming—so many gorgeous and different dogs, each full of character.

When we met Hank, who was called Dias at the time, he practically rolled up to us with a twinkle in his eye, playfully submissive.

We were invited in to see him up close, and he was overjoyed and so happy to meet us. We exchanged a glance and pretty much knew right away that he was going to become part of our family. We were prepared to do whatever it took to bring him back to the UK with us, and Heike, Dimitri, Ray, and all the PAWS family helped make it a reality.

The process was smooth and quick. We had Hank with us in about a month.

He’s been with us for three months now and is the most loving and playful boy, full of character, and becoming very popular on Instagram and around our part of London.

We’re so very thankful to him and to PAWS for giving our lives extra fulfillment and a very special family member who we will love and cherish forever. Thank you, PAWS and Hank! xxx.”

Hank only spent 29 days in our shelter, and we couldn’t be happier that he now gets to spend his life with such a wonderful family!
