Hermes
Description: This is the great Hermes! Hermes came to us at the shelter in mid-April 2024. He lived on a chain for years, although he was occasionally taken out for a walk by neighbors and got a treat here and there, but it was not a nice and safe life! Thanks to the loving care of the neighbors, we experience Hermes as an incredibly people-oriented male dog who would prefer not to leave his humans' side. You can clearly tell that he wants to bond closely with a caregiver. He loves any attention he can get and really enjoys being stroked. Hermes can therefore hardly wait to finally find his own family, where he will finally find the love and security he longs for so much. Hermes gets on well with both male and female dogs. He simply has a fundamentally friendly nature, he is a ray of sunshine! We are looking for a loving home for Hermes with people who love to cuddle as much as he does. Older children are welcome to be part of the family. A placement with a female or male dog is also possible. Compatibility with cats can be checked on request. He definitely knows them and the former farm cat was a welcome companion. Hermes would be very happy to attend a dog school and would still like to learn the dog-1x1. He is an active, sporty dog who wants to be encouraged and challenged. Due to his hunting instinct, this handsome boy needs sensitive but also consistent training.
